The first step to working with us is to fill out the Plan My Trip form. This will give us the basic details of what you are looking for on your next trip. Please make sure to select Krystal Sorenson from the travel agent options. Fill out all of the information requested in the form and submit it. Once we have received and reviewed your submission we will reach out to you to set up a time to schedule a consultation call.

 This will be our introduction to each other and we will further discuss your trip wish list. We'll discuss the destination, time frame, who will be on the trip, and any other pertinent information needed to get started on the trip research.

A quick phone call adds a level of personalization and is more efficient than emails back and forth to begin.

This consultation call is completely free and allows us to make sure we can make all your trip dreams become a reality.

Based on our conversation we will do extensive research to be able to provide you a detailed trip proposal. This generally will have a few different options for you to review and choose from. Once we have all the information gathered we will schedule another phone call to discuss your questions or if you would like anything to be revised. Two complimentary revisions can be provided.  

 Once you have decided which itinerary suits you best, we will secure all of the arrangements. All reservation components will be placed on hold and you will be sent a detailed itinerary and invoice to review before submitting the secure credit card authorization form for the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you can do a little happy dance knowing your vacation is officially on the books! 

 The planning has been done, payments made, and reservations in place. Every detail has been arranged ahead of time so all you have to do once you get on the plane is relax and enjoy! We will check in via text or email once you arrive to make sure you are having a great time but other than that I'll leave you to enjoy your vacation! We are available 24/7 when you are traveling should you have any questions or concerns.
